Jenna + Michael wedding, estancia La Jolla, CA
Think sophisticated hacienda and garden inspired, that’s Estancia La Jolla, one of my favorite wedding venues in San Diego. All the lush greenery surrounding the terra cotta buildings, bring me directly to Spain!
I’m glad J + M have decided to flew from New York to get married here in La Jolla, in the presence of their closest friends and family. The majority of their people have never been to San Diego, but gladly it now became on of their favorite places too.
The ladies at Sweet Blossom Weddings combined efforts and talent with the team at Organic Elements to create the most magical atmosphere for the day. Every single details was well thought and executed beautifully, from the bride’s gorgeous white and green combo bouquet, to the ceremony site and the reception room filled with lots of more greenery, textures, a variety of fun shaped organic elements and lots of candles, creating a romantic and timeless ambiance.
Jenna was wearing the most stunning dress, she looked like a real life sculpture! Michael was pretty dapper himself, these two definitely have a great style. Oh and we can’t forget their adorable puppy that was dressed to party as well. Later on, she changed to a party dress that was also to dye for!
And they have also a special guest, that’s right, J was expecting and just about showing, how precious her lil bump was?

When I asked the couple what was the most special memory they have for the day now that it’s all done, Jenna’s answer was:
“ The fact that we did it how we wanted. Even if that meant that majority of family and friends needed to travel across the country. A lot of our guests have never been to San Diego and it quickly became one of their favorite places too!
Knowing that while we were confirming our marriage, we also were in the process of growing our family, was such a special and unique experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world. As I hold my son Maison in my arms, reminiscing about the photos and the moment he was in my belly, I realize that this will always be the most cherished memory. I eagerly anticipate sharing these pictures with him as he grows older, recounting our Wedding day and telling him that he was present with us on the second-best day of our lives! (the first best being the day he was born). “
