Brooke + Colin Wedding, San JosÉ Del cabo, Mexico
Take me to Mexico to celebrate your wedding with you - and to eat all the fresh fish tacos and drink the yummiest margaritas for favor !
Still dreaming about that time we spent together in Cabo with this fun group of people, enjoying the coast of Mexico at this beautiful ocean front private house, with all the terracotta color palette and textures of my dreams.
“When dreaming up our wedding location, my husband and I stumbled across a beautiful villa located in the ever-charming San José del Cabo, MX. Although we did end up flying down to see it in person before the big day, we actually signed off on the space before ever seeing it in person! In our hearts, it felt right (and imagining that gorgeous stone wall for photos sold me - ha!) Best decision ever. We're so grateful to have this moment stamped in time, with Renata's beautiful photos, and forever in our hearts.” - B + C words
Getting a private residence in Mexico for your destination wedding can be intimidating for some people, so just make sure you do your research hiring the people you trust to joy you in your adventure. I personally feel very comfortable traveling around Mexico and in all countries in Central and South America. For one, I’m originally from South America and I speak Spanish, which can be really helpful when communicating with your other vendors, but also, I have been traveling and working with different cultures for pretty much my entire adult life, so hiring me as your destination wedding photographer will save you a lot of time, money and energy. Plus, I feel so inspired when shooting in other countries.
BRING THE LOCAL CULTURE TO YOUR DAY
B + C had the most chill feet on the sand coastal celebration. I have known Brooke for a few years now, and she’s the most talented, down to earth creative girl. The entire day from beginning to end was very intentional and curated to their styles and personalities. The setup by the beach for the ceremony was just a few steps down the beautiful stone staircase at Casa Mariposa, making it easy for the guest to transition from one location to another.
With stunning views from their private balcony, the couple and their immediate family and friends had an authentic Mexican dinner and churros for dessert, craft cocktails, and some tequila shots that of course helped them dancings all night long.
Gracias Mexico for another amazing wedding weekend celebration.
