Palm Springs is always a good idea for hosting a destination wedding. With so many options for authentic venues, the breathtaking mountain views and palm trees, this town has the perfect atmosphere for the best party.

Working with a great team to make this day special was huge ! The couple chose the Fleur Noir Hotel to celebrate their wedding, but also so all their guests could spend the weekend together.

“Palm Springs is a special place to us, it’s our easy local getaway. Our ideal time spent is sitting by the pool all day with a drink, dinner at a cool local restaurant, followed by a nightcap at a cocktail bar- so Palm Springs has always felt like the perfect vibe for us. We wanted our wedding to feel 100% us, so we looked for a unique venue where we could have all of our favorite people (and dogs) pack into one place for the whole weekend. The speeches were one of our favorite parts of the wedding- everyone surrounding us on the dance floor made everything so personal and intimate. We also loved how everyone was hanging out and having a pool party before the actual wedding. We have so many friends and family all over the country, so everyone being able to spend an extended amount of time together was very special - S + D “

Choosing one location for all the festivities, allowed the couple to be fully present with their guests for the entire time. They’re playing by the pool, drinking and socializing, but also just walking distance to their rooms for some privacy and getting ready moments. The ceremony was sweet and intimate and walking distance from the reception, which made it all easy and smooth. We were not rushing from one activity to the other, this way the guests and the couple were able to be present and enjoy each moment.

Desert Vibes

The transition to the reception was smooth, thanks to the amazing work of K Rose Events and her team. The hotel has a fun groovy vibe with all floral murals and desert plants, so the simple yet intimate setup was a perfect atmosphere for dinning, mingling and dancing.

We left the venue only once to shoot by the mountains, and I had the best experience driving their Bronco for the first time ! Now I want one too, lol. It was a perfect opportunity for some quiet time just for the couple as the sun was setting. We got some rad photos and lots of good laughters !!
